Kate Davis, MBA (Customer Experience)
Kate has nearly 20 years of experience in the health care industry, working with small and large organizations both in the non-profit and the for-profit sectors. She has worked as a Project Manager for Customer Service, Manager of Marketing and Patient Experience, Physician Recruiter and Medical Billing Manager. Highlights of Kate's work include developing a highly successful recruitment and retention program where she created a newly defined vision for measured results, designed an interview training program which included process and guidelines for culture-based interviewing, and educating and coaching clinicians on methods for improving their interview skills. Kate's expertise includes coaching staff to deliver exceptional customer service, event planning, project management, recruiting and creative problem solving.
